Typically your marketing methods are the first impression that a potential client receives. What first impression is your company making? Take a look at your print ads, web site, brochures and business cards from the perspective of a potential customer.

  1. What do you notice first?
  2. What keeps you reading?
  3. Why would you pursue a relationship with this company?

Conduct a mini marketing study. Position yourself in a high traffic pedestrian environment.  Ask passersby for a moment of their time. Do they recognize the name of your company? What catches their eye on your brochure? Do they have any suggestions to make your marketing tools more appealing?

Marketing is social. Trends are very important, and what better way to determine the trend in your area… than by going into the marketplace and asking!
